In the role of Account Manager, you will work to create long-term business relationships. You will serve as an important contact person between our clients and our recruitment services, contributing to the development of companies with the right skills.

In this position, you will independently identify potential clients, schedule and conduct meetings, and present our recruitment and staffing services. During meetings, you will analyze the client's needs and offer relevant solutions. You will also be responsible for quotation work, negotiations, and have close collaboration with our internal teams for delivery. Bonuses are awarded for all completed deals, giving you the opportunity for ongoing increased compensation based on results.

The position is full-time with working hours Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00. Salary consists of a fixed base salary plus commission. The employment is covered by a collective agreement with Unionen. A B driver's license is required.

Experience in sales or the recruitment industry is an advantage, but the most important thing is your willingness to develop.
